The UN Charter specifies that it is the duty of the organization to peacefully arbitrate international disputes or situations that may cause a breach of international peace (Abdulrahim 1). To this end, the UN Charter offers a structure for the peaceful settlement or tuning of global disputes or situations in which the wide skill of the UN, in this matter, is set and the matching goals of the United Nations members are imposed (Piotrowicz 15).
